  Jan Smith This mag has since started receiving funding from BFF and has taken an official policy standpoint that pit bulls are no different than any other dog, that they are the misunderstood and downtrodden of the animal world, and so on. With that, they departed from being a scientific mag and became just another political lobby publication. 
  
  That said, the 2000 study you posted is from before they sold out.

  Jan Smith Yeah, I liked the mag. It really disappointed me when I got the first mailing in which they declared themselves pit bull advocates.
