Laurie Anne Suuuure he does. For the sake of tv drama, Cesar focuses on how it is owners who cause dogs to misbehave. Somehow this morphed into "its always the owners fault; they provoked the innocent dog" insanity that now accompanies reports of serious attacks and fatalities of pets and people.

Laurie Anne When the toddler was killed by the pet pit bull last week in Pittsburgh, the "dog expert" - a paid consultant with Animal Farm Foundation - declared it the fault of the owner for not knowing how to handle their dog. Someone tried to "edukate" me by informing me he had written a book. I haven't been able to find a copy of it but it was about - guess what? - his techniques for rehabbing dangerous dogs.

Sonya Del Rio Cerezo Someone should be notified, because the parent has demonstrated some questionable behavior by stating that the dog is not going anywhere....she knows that the dog has aggressive behavior & could hurt her child, yet she refuses to remove the dog from the home. She is definitely qualified to be nominated for worst parent of the year. What a shameful display of irresponsible parenting & lack of proper judgment.

Mark my words , this will be a very sad case very soon , that dog will attack one of those family members , maybe it already has. I wonder if we can somehow find it ut where the dog is right now ? Earl Upham I would rather that none of t he family suffer from this dog. Maybe it will just drop dead and spare everyone but it really should have ended Cesar's career in whispering to dogs. He needs to be seriously shreaded to get him to stop his madness. The lawsuits will come and they will end his career but how many families will suffer first. Don't whisper in a Molosser's ear.

Earl Upham You are right on many points and sparing this dog is as criminal as letting a total stranger come to your home and stab your child a bunch of times and then just invite him to sit and have coffee with you and be part of the family. Sorry but I would have killed the dog immediately myself.

Lesley Karen Luscombe I don't understand why child protection services are not involved with this family. They clearly are not caring properly for their children. They are neglecting the first duty of parenthood, to protect your child from preventable harm. Disgraceful.
